The Cardinals have inked LH reliever Trever Miller to a one-year deal. They may still want to add another southpaw, but the first item on the shopping list has officially been checked off.
It will be sad not to see you and Dan Wheeler head to the back anymore, but you had a great year with the Rays in 2008 and I want to personally thank you for that.
