Dodgers offer arbitration to three
The Dodgers offered salary arbitration to Type-A free agents Manny Ramirez and Derek Lowe and Type-B free agent Casey Blake, assuring draft-pick compensation if any sign with another club. They did not offer arbitration to Type-A free agents Joe Beimel, Brad Penny, Jeff Kent or Greg Maddux. -- Ken Gurnick
